Orders
Can a gift message be added to my order?
Yes, simply fill out the personalized message in the text field during checkout and we will take care of the rest.
Will my order look exactly like the photo?
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color substitutions of flowers may be necessary.
We make every effort to ensure that the flowers featured on our pages are in season and available. Some flowers may not always be available. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value. Because of the popularity of some floral arrangements, we also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and decorative containers with ones similar in shape, color, value, and style.
Our team of floral designers are always happy to discuss any special design or product requests. Please contact us and we will be glad to assist you with a special request.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, we offer curbside pickup as well as no-contact pick up. Please call 404.732.3259 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival and let us know your preference. At this time we can accommodate in-person visits, masks are optional.

Delivery
How late can I place an order for same day delivery?
Orders must be placed by 1pm (EST) for same-day delivery. We offer same-day rush service for Metro Atlanta ONLY, for an additional $25. These orders will be delivered within 2.5 hours.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer an option to specify delivery time. If a special request is made in advance, we do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. We deliver 6 days a week and our petal pusher usually begins delivery at 2:00pm EST.
How much is delivery and zip codes do you service?
Delivery to ITP zip codes is $12.00:

If you do not see a zip code listed, we do offer shipping through the wire service*. These orders may require advance notice to ensure the flowers can be delivered to the desired address and may not be available for same-day orders. You can choose your delivery option upon checkout.
*Out of delivery zip code ranges are shipped through the FTD or Teleflora affiliate network and have a $25.00 shipping fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call (404) 732-3259 and speak to a Petaler. We are unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
Do you deliver to funeral homes?
Yes, we do. Please include the names of the deceased and the funeral home to prevent any confusion during delivery.
Do you deliver flowers in a vase?
Yes, we deliver flowers in a vase. Some arrangements can be wrapped in floral or parchment paper and that option is offered during flower selection.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, the Royal Subscription can be cancelled at anytime.
Payments
What tax am I charged on my order?
Every website order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.9%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, and Georgia Sales tax rate regardless of the destination of your order.
Is my payment information safe?
Because www.RoyalPetalsATL.com uses some of the most sophisticated commercially available security software, it is extremely unlikely that any personal information that you transmit to us will be misappropriated. In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit card information and uses it, by federal law, you are only liable for the first $50. In any instance where you have discovered or suspect fraud, you need to contact your credit card companies immediately. Because we are so confident in our security measures, we will reimburse you for the $50 not covered by your credit card company. That's our security guarantee. And for you, it means there is no risk when shopping at Royal Petals ATL.
How long will it take for my refund to come back to me for a cancelled order?
To ensure a timely refund, please call (404) 732-3259 and speak to a florist to confirm cancellation request.

Your information is used to process your orders and personalize your shopping experience on www.royalpetalsatl.com, for internal purposes and to comply with any legal requirements. By storing your personal information on a secure server, www.royalpetalsatl.com is able to shorten your checkout process and allow you to check your order status online. At www.royalpetalsatl.com, we also review what kinds of products appeal most to our customers as a group.
