We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your return. For a full refund, arrangements and/or vases need to be returned. Funeral and Memorial flowers with issues need to be reported immediately. Due to the inability to detect manufacturing issues of Oasis products, we are unable to offer refunds for product defects after delivery. We are not responsible for how temperature control in funeral homes can lead to damaged and disintegrating floral arrangements. Material and labor costs will not be included in refunds.
